The most successful diet on the internet today is the Fatloss4idiots diet.  If you read the posts and reviews, there are literally thousands of people, all around the world who have lost thousands of pounds collectively from 10 to 15 pounds to as much as 75.

But what’s the secret?  There are literally thousands of different diets out there.  What makes this particular diet stand out?  Here are a few things I like about Fatloss4idiots:

  1. Menus are provided.  I don’t know about you, but when I go on a diet, one of the things I hate most is having to figure out what to eat.  Planning menus is a pain – very stressful – and if handle stress by eating this is bad news.  fatloss4idiots provides you with menus for 11 days out of 14.  Woohoo! (Not too sure if that Woohoo was for the 11 days of planned menus of the 3 days you get to eat what ever you want.)
  2. You get to eat 4 times a day.  One of the happiest days of my life was the day I found out it was healthier to eat four meals a day than to eat just three.   (OK, that was an exaggeration – but I was pretty stoked.)  Fatloss4idiots is dedicated to keeping your metabolism up which is why it works so well.
  3. Calorie shifting is key.  This is a concept I’ve found on no other diet available today; partly because it would be absolutely impossible on any diet that didn’t have a computer program to plan the meals.  Calorie shifting is another reason your metabolism stays up on this diet.
  4. This is a healthy diet.  Partly because of the ten basic rules on this diet, but also because of the type foods you eat – very few processed foods – this is a healthy diet.
  5. The fatloss4idiots diet is just simple to follow.  If you can follow instructions, you can succeed on this diet.  This diet really lives up to its name.  Your menus are provided, you get a grocery list for your shopping, you know when and what to eat, and you even get a few days off to splurge so you don’t get too burned out on the diet.
  6.

I’ve tried every diet program imaginable. Some worked, some didn’t and some were just plan crazy. The cabbage soup diet, the master cleanse, you name it and I’ve probably gone to extreme measures to lose weight over the years. In the past year I’ve become more and more interested in online dieting programs for their convenience and huge price cut. I needed a change.

Even though I’ve tried so many diet plans, I was still overweight. Six months ago while I was desperately searching the internet for a way to lose weight I came across fat loss for idiots a program promising nine pounds of fat loss in eleven days, they were trying to convince me that I was eating the wrong foods. Immediately I dismissed the program as “too good to be true” and moved on.

A week later I had a medical scare, my blood pressure was too high and I desperately needed to lose the excess weight I had been carrying for years. My doctor said I needed to do something, or my condition would get worse and that is when I finally gave Fat Loss For Idiots a try. I needed a solution and I was willing to give anything a shot.

Downloading the program was quick and all I had to do was choose the foods that I enjoy eating and they generated a diet plan just for me. What I discovered was incredible, I soon realized that I was eating the wrong foods at the wrong time of the day and that is what was keeping me fat. They provided me with meal patterns and food that I absolutely love. What I didn’t realize was that this was the program that would literally save my life.

I couldn’t believe that one of the main reasons why I was having a hard time losing weight was because I wasn’t eating enough food! This whole time I believed that I need to eat less and less food in order to be successful. This was causing my metabolism to slow down and I was only burning the amount of calories that I was taking in, making it even harder to lose weight.

After the first 11 days, just like the program promised I was down 9 pounds. I was so excited and for the first time I was hopeful that I would actually lose weight this time. I kept up with the program for over a month before I went back to the doctor to check on my blood pressure. I was nervous that I would need to continue taking medication, or that my condition had worsened.

As soon as I got on the scale, the nurse blurted out “how did you do it?!” and I told her fat loss 4 idiots was the program that has helped me to shed over 20 lbs since my last visit. My doctor was ecstatic with my results, he couldn’t believe how much healthier I looked and my body was responding. I was able to lose weight and lower my blood pressure in a little over a month, this news was enough to keep me motivated and I continued to lose weight with Fat Loss For Idiots. If you’re still wondering if this is the right diet for you, I can’t give it a higher praise, I know that if I can do it, anyone can.

There are probably more products and programs for weight loss than Carter has liver pills. It’s no wonder that the weight loss industry profits are in the billions of dollars each year. The stats alone will make you cringe, such as the fact that 55% of the people in the United States alone are overweight according to standards and 23% of them are considered obese. So it’s no wonder that many overweight people are in panic mode to lose the weight. Unfortunately, there is healthy weight loss and not so healthy weight loss. Hopefully, this article will give you some healthy guidelines to follow so that your weight loss progress doesn’t lead to more serious problems.

So, what exactly is healthy weight loss? Not to sound like a smart aleck, but healthy weight loss is weight loss that doesn’t end up making you sick. This relates to not only how much weight you lose but how quickly you lose the weight, as well as what means you use to lose the weight. Let’s start with how much weight you want to lose.

Unfortunately, many people who are not really overweight, tend to see themselves as such and as a result end up losing more weight than they really needed to. A good part of the blame falls on our looks conscious society and the paper thin models we see on the TV and in magazines each day. Contrary to popular opinion, many of these models are terribly underweight and not at all healthy. So the first thing you want to do is get out a chart to figure what you should weigh for your height, frame and age, and make a firm commitment to stick to losing ONLY the pounds needed to reach that weight, regardless of what YOU think you should weigh. Unless you are a doctor, I seriously doubt you know what’s best for you.

Next you want to concentrate on how quickly you lose the weight. In most cases of weight loss, the initial weight you lose is water weight and this tends to come off quicker than the weight that comes next. So as a result, after most people lose the first few pounds, they find that their weight loss begins to slow and they get discouraged. This is okay. Ideally, you should only lose one pound for each week of dieting. So if you are 30 pounds overweight, it should take you about 30 weeks, or 7 months to lose the weight. Losing weight too quickly is not healthy.

Finally, there are the means by which you lose the weight. This is, unfortunately, the most dangerous part of all. Many diets, especially quick weight loss diets, are very dangerous. Also, many diets that rely on taking diet pills are not healthy because of the side effects of the pills. You want to make sure that you choose a diet that has been thoroughly tested through time and has mostly positive feedback on it.

Being overweight is certainly not healthy, but losing weight can be just as unhealthy if you lose too much weight, lose it too quickly or use methods that are questionable at best.

FatLoss4Idiots has certainly gain a lot of interest for people who are trying to lose weight. There are many FatLoss4Idiots reviews online and a lot of debate in weight loss forums as to whether does fatloss4idiots work.

Here is my take on it after buying fat loss 4 idiots and using it for 2 weeks.

The main premise of FatLoss4Idiots is that you can lose up to 9lbs in 11 days. When you buy FatLoss4Idiots, you are given access to an online diet generator.

You can then simply choose the type of food you like to eat and the online diet generator will generate an 11 day diet meal plan for you. You can run this diet generator multiple times and it won’t give you the same diet meal plan every time which is nice.

Part of the reason why this 11 day diet plan works well for me is because I get to choose the foods I like to eat. Most diet plans force you to eat foods which are low in calorie but not necessarily what you like to eat. As a result, most people give up on the diet because it is hard to maintain that kind of diet for long periods of time.

I also read on weight loss forums that FatLoss4Idiots does not work based on the diet plans posted by other members. I think this is not fair to FatLoss4Idiots because each individual’s likes and dislikes are different. Add to that, each people calorie intake is different based on his/her weight, height and age.

That is why the online diet generator can individually personalize each 11 day diet meal plan to your needs and only you can benefit. If you take the same diet plan and give it to others, it won’t work for them because the calorie requirements, height, weight and age are all different.

The reason why the 11 day diet program works is because of what FatLoss4Idiots calls the “shifting calories theory”. In short, it means to change your calorie intake for 11 days so it confuses your metabolism and thus loses more weight.

I do know for a fact that, once your body metabolism is stable, it is going to be harder to lose weight even if you are a very fit person. By varying your metabolism through your food intake, you can achieve greater weight loss.

Of course, exercise is still important and I still highly recommend you do some exercises while going through the 11 day diet plan.

A couple of weeks ago I’ve heard again the same old argument, “If weight loss programs would really work, then we would all look great. But we don’t look all that great, so it means weight loss cures are a total waste of time and money!”

You’ve probably heard or thought about something similar too at some point in your life if you’ve ever tried any kind of weight loss program.

I believe that quick weight loss cures don’t work because people fall too often pray to less-than-honest advertising campaigns, spend money on “miracle products” and get no results whatsoever.

So what would really work?

Is there any such a thing as a miracle quick weight loss cure or miracle pill? The short and long answer is, of course, “No!”

Weight loss cures and programs would be benefited if the accent would be shifted not so much on losing weight as on improving the general health of the individual. Furthermore, many specialists report that change in general lifestyle cannot be accomplished effectively unless it involves the whole family of the individual in facing weight issues.

What can one do to improve his or her health, well being and self image?

Procrastination is the number one challenge you will have to face if you want to make durable changes in your life. I mean what can happen if you don’t take your 30-minute walk today? Nothing, really.

There’ll be time that you will skip your walk more and more often and then your gym classes because it will be harder for you to do a full body workout when you’ve done no exercise at all during the week. By the way, 2 hours once a week is not that effective anyway.

And then there are all the small treats you just can’t say no to. And does it really make such a great difference if you’ll eat a little chocolate today, or a double cheeseburger?

When I needed to find a weight loss cure that really works I’ve tried a lot of things. I’m not saying they are all waste of time, but I didn’t like neither one of them. There are friends of mine who swear by Atkins or Hoodia or who knows what else, but I’ve never had any success with any of the well known weight loss programs.

And I am not the type that goes to the gym either. I simply hate to sweat at the gym. I am doing all the chores that needs to be done around the house, I love gardening and I spend a lot of time playing with my dogs, but I just cannot make myself get up and going to the gym.

Plus I love to cook and I love to eat.

Sounds hopeless, isn’t it?

Well, it would be hopeless if I would be into quick weight loss, but I am not.

I’ve set myself a simple goal: I have to lose 1 (one) pound per month. It would have taken me 3 years to reach a healthy weight. It sounds like an eternity and it may well be so for people who expect miracles.

But look at it my way – I didn’t have to make major adjustments in my lifestyle right from day one. All I did was to eat a little less fries than usual and some more veggies. And then I’ve started to drink less sweet carbonated drinks.

It took me more than a year to give up fries and cola, but I’ve done it and I was so proud of myself. I still don’t go to the gym, but I do walk for 30 minutes four times a week and I do try not to use the elevator at work.

And so, with minor adjustments over a long period of time I’ve come to achieve my goal and I haven’t gained any weight back!

Is there such a creature as the quick weight loss diet? I mean, sure there is or are in existence thousands of so called quick weight loss diets but how effective are they? How are they on the person’s health? How long does the weight loss last; how quickly does the diet wear off?

I have always been impressed with celebrities who give birth and within weeks are back to pre-baby shape. What quick weight loss diet do they use? Do they use any? I am further impressed with the actors who gain and lose weight to play particular roles. Robert Deniro, for example, gained 60 pounds to play Jake LaMotta as the boxer aged and got stagnant in the docudrama Raging Bull. Minnie Driver added twenty pounds for the fat friend role she played in Circle of Friends, as did Rene Zellweger for her Bridget Jones roles. And the record-breaking weight addition was done by Vincent D’Onofrio, who gained 60 pounds to play the incompetent, picked-on soldier in the opening scenes of Full Metal Jacket. What kind of quick weight loss diet did they use afterwards, or what kind of quick weight loss diet do the stars use to play emaciated characters—those with eating disorders or those who are depicting concentration camp or natural disaster victims?

And further, the overriding question, if you are not a movie stay raking in a couple mill to do so, is this: How healthy can a quick weight loss diet be? Or, in conjunction, Is it worth it? I am not a doctor or medical specialist of any kind, but I have—as an overweight child, teen, and adult—experimented, read, studied, envied, and been alarmed by the quick weight loss diets mentality and habit and practice. I have fainted, had heart palpitations, and even accidentally overdosed on OTC (over-the-counter) weight loss pills. I have also seen students and friends lose the shine of hair, lose hair, become anemic, develop severe headaches, and need to be intubated to gain nourishment after having played with the Russian Roulette of the quick weight loss diet world.

The celebrities who do so gain and lose weight with seeming ease, are not doing it as a lifetime tradition. They might even be under medical supervision when they do so. When not working on a role that requires their changing their natural weight, they do not, typically, do quick weight loss diets (the actors with eating disorders excluded, here). They use healthy food plans. They exercise. They see food as food and not as love. They diet, but they diet according to the definition of the word as a structured menu of healthy foods that include grains, dairy, protein, nuts, and fruits and vegetables, or reasonable equivalents. We are the ones who turn their food-eating methods into fad “quick weight loss diets”!

My wife needs to lose about 30 pounds and actually I could lose a few pounds myself. I think she looks find the way she is, but she is determined to lose those extra pounds. She heard about a diet called fat loss for idiots on a diet review blog.

If anyone has had good results following fat loss 4 idiots diet?
Is this diet really easy to follow and stick to it?
Did you gain the weight back fast, after you stopped using the diet?

I’m actually currently on this diet and have to say that I’ve never had success anywhere else. I’ve lost 7lb in the last 11 days and to be fair, I feel so much better.

Even though the website might make it feel that it’s just another diet that won’t work, I do suggest you give it a try. Even though, I did buy the diet generator and handbook when it was a lot cheaper, it’s worth the investment.

Plus, the food you eat isn’t exactly terrible, you get to eat the foods YOU like. Which is fantastic and exercise is pretty much optional. The main thing is that you eat 4 meals a day, and that’s not too hard. After that, you get 3 days of eating whatever you want… which is bliss. So, I’m going to keep on with this diet regime.

Anyway, it’s really up to you, I found with the large amount I have to lose that the diet is doing wonders:)
